Role: Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel) responsible for providing specialized critical care in an ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver coordinated nursing care, monitor patient status, administer medications, manage lines and ventilator support, perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, document outcomes, respond to patient condition changes, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for safe, comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in California, ICU nursing experience or recent practice preferred, BLS certification mandatory, ACLS preferred, strong critical thinking, excellent communication, documentation skills, and ability to work effectively in high-acuity ICU environments.
