Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse responsible for managing resident care for a specific group, supervising team members including Shahbazim, and coordinating referrals with clinical support, families, and physicians.

They serve as the main contact for elder information and ensure quality, compassionate care aligned with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications Include

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Six months of nursing experience in healthcare settings (acute, long-term, rehabilitation)
• Supervision or leadership experience
  
  

Key duties involve: supervising nursing services, coordinating patient referrals, and serving as a point of contact for elders, all within a patient-focused, respectful environment.
