This role involves ensuring the proper sterilization, decontamination, and preparation of surgical instruments and medical equipment to support patient care and hospital operations.

• Perform cleaning, sterilization, and quality checks of surgical instruments and medical devices.
• Operate sterilization equipment following strict safety and infection control protocols.
• Inspect and assemble surgical trays, ensuring all tools are accounted for and functional.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
