Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
- Proficiency in physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and various movements (reach, bend, kneel, twist, squat)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) mandatory; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit
