Key duties include: supervision of care, patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, building relationships with patients and families, effective communication across departments, and supporting colleagues with complex cases.
Qualifications: valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
