We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care across diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities include: performing precise clinical assessments, administering therapeutic interventions (oxygen, aerosols, airway clearance), managing invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation, conducting ventilator weaning, documenting patient data accurately, performing EKGs, collecting blood specimens, and educating patients and families on respiratory care.
The role requires effective time management, adherence to protocols, and participation in staff meetings. The therapist must communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, handle crisis situations, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications: valid state license, RRT credential, BLS certification, and completion of ACLS, NRP, and PALS within 6 months. An associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy is required.

Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
