- Managing anesthesia independently under supervision, with optional in-house call coverage.
- Collaborating with CRNAs, who may perform epidurals, blocks, and spinals if qualified.
- Board certification in anesthesiology.
- Prescriptive authority.
- Experience with diverse adult patient populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supervised staffing model.
