- Assisting with all aspects of nursing and developing individualized care plans
- Assessing, documenting, and responding to residents' conditions and needs
- Implementing physician’s orders accurately and promptly
- Assigning care tasks to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
- Administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments
- Maintaining documentation, ensuring supplies and equipment are properly used and sanitized
- Performing other duties as assigned to ensure resident well-being
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program with a valid license
- CPR certification; prior nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Decisiveness in emergency situations and maintaining confidentiality
- Knowledge of clinical training techniques for staff
