Role: Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing in-home speech therapy services across Oahu.
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, address swallowing, cognitive-communication, and speech/language impairments, collaborate with healthcare team members, and maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Hawaii SLP license, 1 year clinical experience (home health preferred), strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work independently, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A passion for serving seniors and families is essential.
