Position Overview

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff servicing high-acuity or extended non-licensed clients, ensuring quality care aligns with licensing, medical standards, and policies. Responsibilities include staff orientation, supervision, and evaluating program effectiveness. The role involves managing clinical programs, supporting agency growth, and assisting with operational and financial aspects. The manager conducts home visits, ensures regulatory compliance, investigates client complaints, recruits and trains staff, and oversees case management to maintain financial viability.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• Associates degree required
  
  

Preferred

• 3 years RN experience in healthcare, preferably home health or hospice
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of OASIS
