Position Overview
The Registered Nurse – Home Health provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following care plans and physicians’ orders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities include developing care plans, educating clients and families, training primary caregivers, coordinating care through documentation and communication, and delivering services such as wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes.
Qualifications and Skills required are an active RN license, valid CPR, and driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include Medicare skilled nursing experience, basic Oasis understanding, and at least one year of RN experience in healthcare.
