Manage hourly, salaried, contract, per diem, and per-visit pay models, including mileage reimbursement, travel stipends, and performance-based bonuses. Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate records for audits. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting. Ensure compliance and confidentiality across all payroll functions. Healthcare Payroll Specialist Qualifications: 2 years of payroll experience, in home health and hospice or healthcare setting. Proficiency in Workday HRIS and HCHB EMR preferred. Strong Excel and data management skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll laws and accounting principles. Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
