Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified Field Inspector / Outside Sales professional based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections, provide solutions for customers' foundational or structural needs, and create sales presentations. Responsibilities include interacting with homeowners to assess their property conditions, educating them on repair options, suggesting personalized solutions, and building relationships to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct customer-focused Sales Presentations and effectively communicate value propositions
- Experience in New Business Development and identifying potential sales opportunities
- Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing high-quality support and building relationships
- Knowledge or background in related industries such as Pest Control and structural inspection is advantageous
- Proven ability to meet or exceed Sales targets and goals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in the foundation, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus
