Alpha Fire Sprinkler is hiring Sales Representative to promote and sell our fire protection testing and inspection services. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the fire protection industry who understands the regulations, customer needs, and value of regular testing and inspection. You’ll be responsible for converting provided leads, building relationships with property managers and contractors, and growing recurring inspection and maintenance business. Key Responsibilities- Contact and follow up with provided leads to schedule inspections and testing.- Develop relationships with property managers, building owners, contractors, and facility managers.- Present service offerings, pricing, and value propositions for fire sprinkler testing, Repairs, Retro Fits.- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, close sales and schedule jobs with operations.- Track sales activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM or company tracking system.- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing, scheduling, and service packages.- Represent Alpha Fire Sprinkler professionally on calls and site visits; ensure customer satisfaction to encourage contract renewals.Sales Representative- Prior experience in the fire protection industry (preferred) — technicians, inspectors, service coordinators, or salespeople transitioning into sales.- Strong communicator with proven ability to build rapport and close sales.- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.- Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients on-site.- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM, email, and mobile quoting tools.- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.- Commission-driven (Negotiable)- Weekly Meetings- Attend Networking Events- Leads provided to jumpstart your pipeline.- Opportunity to earn recurring commissions on repeat contracts/Deficiency.- Supportive small‐business environment and opportunity to leverage industry experience.
