The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Electronics Operations Manager to own day-to-day electronics production, test, inventory, and fulfillment for our US manufacturing operations. This role works closely with engineering and technology leadership to support new product introductions while ensuring reliable execution of current production processes.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day final assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and electromechanical products
- Develop and manage daily work schedules, ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, and monitor product quality and production targets
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to resolve technical issues and implement continuous improvements
- Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, materials storage, and ERP data management. Maintain accurate electronic product records and manage storage of purchased parts and finished goods. Establish inventory procedures and conduct annual physical inventory
- Supervise production quality, including first-pass yield, defect tracking, and corrective actions in partnership with engineering and quality stakeholders
- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain execution, including materials availability, supplier delivery issues, and production prioritization
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
· Proven experience leading hands-on electronics manufacturing or production operations, including final assembly, test, and supervision of a small technical or production team.
· Comfort working with automated or script-based test systems, basic electronic test equipment (multimeters, etc.), ESD controls, and technical documentation such as schematics and assembly instructions
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and operational details in a high-mix, low-volume environment
· US citizenship required, due to export control regulations and customer requirements applicable to this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve production or test issues
· Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory control, and materials management
· IPC certifications or prior experience working in IPC-compliant manufacturing environments
