We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Alpha’s ambitious growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experience. Your work will directly impact on our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients and shape the future of our organization. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical, field, and project management roles.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, outreach, and sourcing platforms.Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and enhance our presence in the construction and engineering sectors.Stay current on market trends, compensation, and competitor activity.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Oversee job postings, applicant tracking, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Represent Alpha Corporation at industry events and career fairs.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.Analyze and improve recruiting processes using data and feedback.Qualifications5–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or technical fields.Demonstrated success filling challenging roles in competitive markets.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proficient with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
