This role supports Global Patient Operations by managing learning systems, ensuring training compliance, and supporting quality initiatives. The specialist will work closely with LMS, Quality, and IT teams and support deviations/CAPA activities and change management efforts. Candidates with QA, training, or compliance backgrounds are preferred; lab-only or manufacturing-only profiles will not be a fit.
Previous Pharmaceutical/Lifesciences domain experience required.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in quality and compliance systems
- Hands-on experience with LMS and EDMS/DMS
- Exposure to deviations, CAPA, or RCA preferred
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
