Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Global Employee Benefits Data Coordinator to support global benefits benchmarking and benefits platform implementation across ~40 countries. This role focuses on data collection, coordination with international stakeholders, and ensuring accurate benefits data delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage global employee benefits data from brokers, insurers, and internal teams
- Coordinate with external benchmarking vendors and global country contacts
- Track deliverables, resolve data gaps, and maintain organized documentation
- Support benefits platform rollout, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years' experience in global benefits, project coordination, or data management
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
