Pharmacist

• Pay Rate: $65.00 – $72.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

📋 Key Responsibilities

Following the high standards of pharmaceutical care, you will:

• Lead with Heart: Provide genuine, authentic care to our patients, acting as a clinical resource for the community.
• Ensure Safety: Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide clinical counseling on medication therapy.
• Drive Clinical Outcomes: Deliver immunizations and support patient health through clinical services (testing, MTM, etc.).
• Team Leadership: Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading pharmacy technicians to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workflow.
• Regulatory Excellence: Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws, including Board of Pharmacy regulations and DEA requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria (modeled after industry-leading standards):

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Certifications: Active Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Compliance: Must have an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in medication therapy management and pharmacy management systems.
• Physical Ability: Ability to remain upright for extended periods and perform routine pharmacy tasks.
