Job description : Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load the oven
• Fill bakery racks with bread/bun pans
• Physically move bread/bun racks in and out of proof box
• Physically push/pull pan carts over to bread/bun conveyor
• Load and unload empty pans both on and off conveyor
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required qualifications, skills and experience : Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Capable of working in high heat environment.
• Willingness to learn food safety and sanitation.
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of following safe work practices.
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
• Must complete post offer background check, post offer physical, drug/alcohol screen and lifting assessment.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift/carry bread/bun pans - up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to push bread/bun pan carts to conveyor
• Capable of performing repetitive work
• Must be able to tolerate working in a hot humid environment
