.Customer Care Representative (CCR
)The Customer Care Representative (CCR) provides support to customers throughout the services and warranty process. This role involves coordinating and providing product and service information, processing orders, answering questions and resolving any emerging issues customers may face
.Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, including shared responsibilities and job dutie
- sInitiate first contact with customers via phone, text, or emai
- lRespond to phone inquiries within two hours and email inquiries within one business day
- .Approach each interaction with empathy and accuracy to provide a personalized experienc
- eCreate and manage both electronic and physical files using Salesforce and Paradig
- mWrite accurate and detailed service orders to address customer issue
- sMaintain positive and professional communication with customer
- sProvide follow-up communications and documentation to ensure customer satisfactio
- nCoordinate with the Production Scheduler to complete service and warranty order
- sParticipate in meetings as neede
- dOther duties as assigne
dQualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- sWillingness and ability to learn product lines and diagnose issue
- sEffective communication skills through phone, text, email, and meeting
- sCreative and proactive problem-solving abilitie
- sConstruction and/or Fenestration knowledge a plu
Salary : $24 - $27
