Compensation
- $45,000–$50,000 monthly bonus potential
A Manager in Training at Alpaca Chicken plays a critical role by learning shift operations, modeling brand values, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement across store operations.
- Leadership Presence: Learn to lead the team with confidence and clear, urgent communication while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Operations Execution: Training on shift readiness, positioning, and inventory to ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready.
- Food Safety: Understand temperature, sanitation, and cross-contamination standards to remain health-inspection-ready.
- Financial Controls: Coaching on cash handling, drawer counting, deposit prep, and documentation.
- Leadership Behaviors: Practice fostering a positive culture by coaching team members, recognizing great work, and handling issues professionally.
- Training Period: Your first six (6) months are a structured training period. The duration may be adjusted based on your individual development needs and organizational objectives.
- Experience & Certification: Minimum 6 months of fast-casual or QSR restaurant supervisory experience required. Current ServSafe Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Language & Mobility: Being bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Schedule: 50–55 hrs/wk · nights & weekends · rotating holidays. Flexible availability for shift coverage.
