Role Description
This is a 4 months contract, on-site role located in Bal Harbour Shops, Miami for a Site Superintendent (Retail). The Site Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, including managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, and communicating updates to the project manager. The role will require hands-on leadership to ensure successful completion of high-quality retail construction projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Super in High-End Retail Construction is a must (10 years plus)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and retail-specific buildouts
- Leadership and team management capabilities to coordinate with subcontractors and site staff
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical plans, and construction documents
- Problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to manage tight timelines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
