Seeking a dependable Service / Maintenance Worker to support daily facility operations across campus. This role requires hands-on maintenance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced university environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance duties.
- Assist with cleaning, setup, and equipment movement as needed.
- Follow written instructions for using tools, materials, and cleaning chemicals.
- Operate standard maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support university staff, faculty, and students with daily operational tasks.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Lift, move, and carry materials as required.
- Complete assigned tasks independently and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous service, maintenance, or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and perform physically active work.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
