We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large-scale enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation programs. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role where you will work closely with senior executives to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Lead and govern enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across data, analytics, AI, and technology
- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define strategy and align business priorities
- Establish program governance, execution frameworks, and operating rhythms
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Drive data-driven decision-making using insights and performance metrics
- Influence cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Build compelling executive-level narratives and presentations
- Lead and mentor high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 12 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation
- Strong client-facing experience with exposure to senior leadership
- Proven track record in leading enterprise transformation programs
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, and AI ecosystems (strategic level)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured, outcome-focused execution
- Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments preferred
- Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field) preferred

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
