- We have an exciting role managing marketing efforts for solutions and products for our Industrial & Embedded Internet of Things (IE-IoT) business unit.
- We are seeking an experienced team member with a focus on strategic planning, executional excellence, and process management, who is technically proficient and creative.
Job Description:
- Supports and executes business and market needs and translates those needs into required planning, resource allocation, and Marketing deliverables to meet the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Responsible for areas including industry analyst relations, marketing events, channel marketing, public relations, branding, digital marketing, social media, product marketing.
- Partners with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to complete work that aligns with the company vision.
- Applies knowledge of principles, best practices, and applicable market research to develop competitive market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define, craft, and implement go to market strategies, bringing new products to market with creative and effective messaging and positioning
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace, industries and resonates with target audiences
- Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and effectively launch new products, solutions, and features to market
- Work closely with BU leads, sales and partner teams to develop use-cases and customer success stories for distribution across sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and collateral, demo scripts, and digital briefs to support launches, campaigns, and partner engagements
- Utilize market and customer research to gain insights, inform product marketing strategy, and drive product development feedback
- Lead product marketing initiatives for Smart Home & Life, driving strategic messaging and platform positioning across consumer and industrial IoT segments
- Spearhead vertical marketing for robotics and smart appliances, showcasing client’s capabilities in real-world demos and partner solutions
- Own event execution, including demo strategy, partner coordination, and briefing materials for flagship technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and external partners to align product narratives with technical capabilities and market needs
- Develop go-to-market strategies and enablement assets for solutions spanning verticals
- Drive competitive analysis, market sizing, and chipset tiering frameworks to support roadmap decisions and regional product update
- Support strategic planning and execution of domestic and international events, including demonstration support, logistics coordination, and onsite booth staffing, ensuring seamless experiences for stakeholders and attendees.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing and other cross-functional teams. Actively thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate horizontally and vertically with internal stakeholders to gain buy in and alignment and solicits input regarding priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for capitalizing on industry trends across the product portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10 years of experience working in technology companies
- Proven track record of leading and driving GTM/product launches. Proven results focused marketing efforts driving product and solutions leadership and brand recognition
- Strong understanding of IoT and industry trends, products, and competitive landscape including emphasis on the IoT ecosystem processes and lead generation and nurturing tactics and tools
- Experience leading product marketing programs and initiatives with a proven track record and expertise in best-in-class execution and relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with BU, product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams
- Ability to understand complex and technical processes and information
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized, resourceful and adaptable.
