Position: Senior Contract Manager

Position Summary:
This role will support large-scale project execution activities with a focus on contract administration, claim management, commercial risk mitigation, and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex engineering or industrial contracts and working cross-functionally with project management, procurement, legal, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing contracts and contractual communications throughout project execution
• Developing contract and claim management strategies
• Monitoring commercial risks and opportunities
• Supporting client/vendor claims and negotiations
• Managing contractual notifications, deviations, and claim logs
• Supporting audits and internal quality processes
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, subcontracting, and project controls teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Legal
• 5–10 years of contract management experience
• Strong understanding of contract forms, claims management, and commercial risk
• Experience supporting engineering, EPC, plant engineering, or industrial projects
• Knowledge of scheduling, project controls, cost impacts, and critical path concepts
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
