We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to lead a small development team while designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, Angular, SQL Server, and Agile software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers in an Agile environment.
- Assign development tasks, conduct sprint planning, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Approve timesheets, conduct performance evaluations, and hold regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
- Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain complex SSRS and Power BI reports.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing application maintenance.
- Collaborate with developers, database administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Follow software development best practices, including testing, source control, deployment, and documentation.
- Assist with legacy application modernization and migration projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of .NET Full Stack Development experience.
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C#
- ASP.NET MVC
- ASP.NET Web API
- ASP.NET Core
- Angular (v8 ) & TypeScript
- AngularJS modernization/migration
- SQL Server
- Entity Framework
- RESTful API Development
- SSRS
- Power BI
- Docker & Containerization
- Git or TFVC
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker Compose and Kubernetes.
- Microservices architecture.
- IBM MQ and SignalR.
- JWT Authentication.
- Dapper and AutoMapper.
- IIS and Windows Server deployments.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, etc.).
- Legacy modernization (.NET Framework to .NET Core).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
