Shift: Friday – Saturday – Sunday (6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM)
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Production Technicians with a background in Food & Beverage manufacturing to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will operate and monitor high-speed production equipment, perform line adjustments, and support continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate and monitor production machinery.
Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and replenish materials as needed.
Perform quality checks and record production data.
Troubleshoot line issues and make minor equipment adjustments.
Support preventative and autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspections, lubrication).
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area (5S standards).
Participate in problem-solving, lean daily management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
2 years of manufacturing or fast-paced operations experience (not pick & pack).
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with computer-based systems.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $22 - $24
