What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

• Be the Hero: Visit residential and commercial properties across Kauai to inspect, diagnose, and treat pest issues, giving our community peace of mind.
• Deliver Aloha: Chat with customers, explain your findings, and provide genuine, expert advice on how to keep their properties pest-free.
• Drive with Pride: Manage your own routes independently using a well-maintained, fully stocked company service vehicle.
• Safety First: Utilize modern tools, tech, and safe chemical application techniques according to strict industry standards and product labels.

• Serious Earning Power: Competitive starting pay at $20.00 per hour, with a clear, performance-based track to reach $36.00 per hour and beyond.
• Paid Training & Licensing: We are 100% invested in you. We completely cover your paid training, study materials, and state exam fees as you work toward your Hawaii General Pest Control Applicator's license.
