Stop Bouncing Between Dead-End Gigs. Build a Recession-Resistant Trade on Your Own Terms.
Are you tired of asking “would you like fries with that?” or fed up with dead-end shifts in retail, fast food, or random gigs that lead nowhere? Stop just collecting minimum-wage paychecks and start mastering a high-value trade that pays you to learn.
Aloha Termite & Pest Control is expanding on the Big Island. For over 25 years, we have been Hawaii’s most trusted industry leader—and we do not care if you have zero experience. In fact, we prefer it. We want to train you from the ground up, get you your state licenses, and set you up for financial independence.
Why This Beats Your Current Grind
- Zero Experience Needed: We do not want a resume full of corporate buzzwords. We hire for character, vibe, and work ethic, and we teach you the rest.
- Get Paid to Learn: Start at $20.00 /hr. right out of the gate, with a transparent, performance-based roadmap pushing all the way to $36.00 /hr.
- Trade your Cubicle, Grill or Register for the Island: Your office is the Big Island. Stay active, work outdoors, and ditch the fluorescent lights and micro-managing bosses.
- Real Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends, as needed if needed, we try to make weekends strictly for you, your friends, and your life.
The Perks That Actually Matter
- Full Health Care: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision so you are fully covered.
- Build Your Wealth: 401(k) retirement plan with a strong company match.
- Zero Student Debt: We provide your professional training and help you get your State HDAB 7C and 7B licenses.
- Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and holidays because burnout is not part of our culture.
- Company-Paid Life Insurance: We have your back for the long haul. Every day, on time, live, breathe and delivery aloha to everyone you meet safely.
