What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Relations Specialist position at ALOHA PACIFIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?
Job Summary: Responsible for providing members with the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics.
- Two (2) years related experience and/or training
- Six (6) months underwriting experience
- Ability to analyze/understand credit reports
- Possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
Salary : $18 - $27
