Aloha Green Apothecary is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Production Hand with a positive attitude to help produce high quality manicured product, while meeting and/or exceeding personal and company goals. The Production Hand is a team player who can work independently for extended periods of time. The role can easily learn to master tasks in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming, and curing.
What you will do:
The Production Hand reports to the Senior Cultivator. The role is responsible for supporting the production operation by ensuring product is properly harvested, cured, and processed, keeping quality and sanitation at the forefront. The Production Hand implements the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set in place and adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique, while continually maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sterility of workspace.
Job Duties:
· Cutting, hanging, and trimming cannabis plants
· Performing deep cleans on equipment and spaces used for harvesting and curing cannabis
· Reporting issues to senior cultivation staff
· Providing quality control for final product
Compensation & Benefits:
· Range: $16 - $18 per hour

What you’ll need:
The Production Hand is required to have a detailed-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation. The role is required to work in high temperatures, stand for extended periods of time and must be able to lift 30 lbs. The Production Hand must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their supervisors to help maintain quality standards and production goals. The role must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Prior cannabis experience in curing cannabis on a commercial scale is ideal but, not required. The candidate must be at least 21 years old and possess a vehicle due to facility location.
