Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant at Aloft Hotels in Bolingbrook, IL. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, assisting with bookings, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical duties, coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure high-quality customer service, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including answering inquiries and managing bookings
- Basic clerical skills, such as record-keeping and data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related certifications are a plus
