Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a results-oriented, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.
- Apply payments to customer accounts promptly and accurately.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues.
- Prepare deposit slips and reconcile accounts on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with Sales and Administrative teams to address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Learn and utilize custom software systems for posting receivables and generating invoices.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
Requirements
- 2 years of business experience, with exposure to A/R and collections
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Must be results-oriented with a high degree of integrity and drive.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, management and staff.
