We keep growing and are excited to announce we are adding a Staff Accountant to our team! This is a full-time role in our Lewisburg, WV office, with opportunity for 1 to 2 days a week of remote work once trained. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including, but not limited to; managing accounts receivable, assist with cost accounting, and assisting in preparing month-end financial reports. As a Staff Accountant with Harvia, some of your duties will include:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Cost Accounting
- Assisting with preparing month-end and other financial reports
- Fixed asset management and reconciliation within the accounting system
- Assistance with period end closing and reporting
- Assist with tax sale compliance with our partner
- Manage and help maintain financial records.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 5 years of accounting, finance, and auditing skills
- Expertise in Financial Statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
