About the Company
Almost Family, LLC is a leading in home care agency with offices across the state of Oregon. Almost Family is currently seeking an In Home Care Director ("IHC") to oversee the growth and expansion of the Dalles/Columbia Gorge office. As an IHC Director, you will have an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on providing high quality care and support to our clients and staff. This is a new region for Almost Family, giving you the opportunity to build and grow a strong team that is dedicated to serving this community.
Responsibilities
- Lead client growth initiatives through building quality relationships with community partners
- Overseeing daily operations for In Home Care
- Assist with scheduling
- Collaborate with the Team to develop and implement strategies for growth
- Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support when needed
- Oversee hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and caregivers
- Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate the existing I/DD Director
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A focus on client centered practices
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with technology including google workspace, adobe, and healthcare platforms
