- Develop investment theses, financial models, and investment committee materials to support transaction recommendations and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior team members on transaction structuring, negotiations, financing strategy, and deal execution.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support strategic growth initiatives, operational enhancements, M&A opportunities, and overall value creation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, including executives, operators, bankers, consultants, and industry experts, to support proactive sourcing and deepen market insight.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in private equity, healthcare investing, investment banking, or a related investment-oriented role.
- Strong healthcare sector knowledge, including familiarity with operational, regulatory, and reimbursement-related complexities.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and investment professionals.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, sound judgment, and a high level of intellectual curiosity and initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or relevant professional credentials are a plus.
