A leading middle market healthcare-focused private equity firm is seeking a Director of Portfolio Operations to join its Portfolio Value Creation team.
The firm has built a high-performing portfolio of 10 active healthcare investments and is looking to add a hands-on operating executive to support strategic and performance initiatives across the platform.
This individual will partner closely with investment professionals, Operating Partners, and portfolio company leadership teams to drive operational improvement, EBITDA growth, and long-term value creation across the investment lifecycle.
Must have:
- 10-15 years of experience across private equity portfolio operations, top-tier consulting, and/or operating roles within PE-backed healthcare services, pharma services, or HCIT businesses
- Proven experience leading complex operational initiatives with measurable financial and performance impact
- Strong strategic, financial, and execution capabilities within fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience working directly with C-suite executives, investors, and operating teams
- Exposure to healthcare operational improvement initiatives including revenue cycle optimization, reimbursement strategy, cost transformation, and AI/data-enabled process improvement
Prior experience leading initiatives within PE-backed healthcare environments is required.
Salary : $225,000 - $300,000
