RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and process customer inventory in to stock.
Fulfillment of product to customers including order management and processing.
Create shipping/delivery documents as required.
Assist in upkeep of monthly, quarterly and annual inventory, to include cycle counts,
researching/reconciling variances, and necessary adjustments.
Maintain, interpret and follow work orders to support the flow of work.
Become actively involved as required to meet schedules and resolve problems.
Ensure an organized safe work environment in compliance with company policies, OSHA and other
government regulations.
Assist in shipping and receiving department when needed.
Work with QC Team to follow procedures.
Transport materials via company vehicle as required.
Provide copy of DMV printout annually.
Required Skills
2-5 years experience of warehouse/shipping/receiving.
Computer literate with proficiency in spreadsheet, word, and transportation and cold chain
applications.
Communication Skills
Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Possess a valid California Driver’s License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the

The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and is required to
follow safe lifting guidelines.
Position requires employee to kneel, bend, stand and climb up onto truck beds.
Use a computer keyboard and monitor as may be needed.
