What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operative position at Almac Group?
Almac Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative Grade 1 for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Operative Grade 1 is responsible for carrying out all material handling and inventory control activities required within a standard computerized warehouse environment servicing a distribution operation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick material in preparation for dispatch to the customer.
- Inventory verifications/ Inventory movement.
- Perform second checks on temperature monitor programs for shipping staff.
- Competently operate forklifts, material handling equipment and company vehicles.
- Ensure that the warehouse is maintained to the highest possible standard of housekeeping.
Required Experience / Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry
- Working with a wireless inventory management system
- Computerized inventory systems
- ERP system(s)
- Medical, Vision & Dental benefits from the 1st of the month following start date
