Job Summary
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports field and maintenance teams through equipment preparation, operation, and compliance with all HSE standards. The Equipment Operator ensures all job deliverables meet quality and timeliness expectations while maintaining strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Operate equipment in accordance with competency level, job requirements, and company procedures.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
- Assist field crews with equipment preparation before operations.
- Maintain equipment in safe, compliant, and efficient working order; report deviations or mechanical issues promptly.
Service Delivery
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Identify opportunities for improved service quality and operational performance.
- Support crews during field operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Safety & Compliance
- Participate in all pre-job planning sessions, including pre-job safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Follow all HSE policies, wear required PPE, and maintain required safety certifications.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company safety guidelines.
- Ensure the safety of self and crew members during all operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating oilfield, industrial, or mechanical equipment preferred.
- Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor field environments.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow all HSE guidelines.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required (based on client need).

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
