Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sales team. In this entry-level role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for auditing vendor bills, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce and our proprietary Ally Home platform. This will be a hybrid role based out of our Gilbert, AZ office.
Pay - $55,000 annually
Role Responsibilities

Invoice Auditing: Review and digest nationwide hauler invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify avoidable expenses.

Cost Mitigation: Outline avoidable charges (e.g., contamination fees, overage charges) and compare them against Ally Home data to flag and dispute errors.

Evidence Collection: Contact waste haulers to request visual evidence (photos) to dispute unverified overage or contamination fees.

CRM Data Management: Upload invoices and input highly accurate hauler configurations, rates, and customer contact details into Salesforce and Ally Home.

Data Cleanup: Audit and reconcile existing customer and vendor entries created during the sales cycle to ensure structural data integrity.

Vendor & Regulatory Liaison: Call haulers to determine waste configurations, track contract terms, and review nationwide local waste legislation and compliances.
Role Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, operations, or sales support role.

Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Attention to Detail: Proven ability to spot small discrepancies in numbers, invoices, or legal contracts.

Communication Skills: Professional phone etiquette and strong written communication skills for negotiating with haulers and coordinating with the sales team.

Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to waste management, logistics, or property management is a plus but not required (we will train you!).
