Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and technically skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to support a high-volume sales environment. This role is a replacement for an outgoing team member and is critical during a period of significant workload growth and a strategic shift in lead management processes.
The ideal candidate is an expert multitasker with strong experience in Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis, capable of managing large volumes of inbound leads, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining fair and consistent lead distribution across agents.
Responsibilities:
Triage, validate, and manage a significantly increased volume of inbound leads (now ~90% through Salesforce, previously ~50%).
Ensure accurate and equitable lead distribution to all agents.
Utilize Salesforce extensively to review, track, and assign leads.
Analyze pipeline and lead data to produce actionable insights and feedback for leadership.
Maintain and update lead documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead flow changes and ensure smooth processes.
Identify data inconsistencies and work cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
Prepare supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint as needed.
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment with shifting strategies and priorities.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Advanced Excel skills (lookup formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/pipeline management tools.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and produce clear insights.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to handle high lead volume.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and general Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in a sales environment preferred, but candidates from customer service or other CRM‑heavy roles are welcome.
