Baker
Location: North Attleboro, MA
Schedule: Early mornings — 4:00 AM start time required
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Baker / Early Morning Bakery Associate to join our team at our North Attleboro location.
This is a hands-on role responsible for preparing our cookies and morning baked goods, getting the bakery ready for the day, and helping support our front-of-house team once we open.
Responsibilities include:
- Bake cookies and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards
- Prepare and mix cookie dough
- Prepare morning pastries, muffins, scones, and other baked items
- Bag, and label cookies and baked goods
- Prepare the store for opening each morning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area
- Wash dishes, utensils, baking equipment, and other kitchen items
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Help monitor product levels and communicate what needs to be baked or replenished
- Assist the front-of-house team as needed during service
- Provide Barista support, including helping prepare coffee and specialty drinks as needed
- Assist customers and provide friendly service when supporting the front of house
- Complete other bakery and store duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Must be available to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Dependable and punctual — being on time is especially important for this position
- Comfortable working independently during early-morning hours
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Willing to clean, wash dishes, and help wherever needed
- Comfortable transitioning between bakery production and customer-facing responsibilities
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a bakery environment
- Ability to Lift over 50 Pounds
- Previous bakery, kitchen, food-service, or Barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- ServeSafe Certifiation Perferred
About the Role
Our early-morning team plays an important part in getting everything ready before the doors open. You may start your shift mixing dough and baking cookies, move on to muffins or scones, package finished products, clean and reset the kitchen, and then help the front-of-house team once customers begin arriving.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of consistency, and is willing to jump in wherever they're needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
