What You’ll Get
Compensation & Bonus
- $75,000-$80,000/year
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
- $1,000 at start
- $2,000 after completing UAS Certification
- Primarily Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Rotating on-call shared across the RN team
- Time split between office and community field visits
- A named clinical leader with regular check-ins
- Direct access to senior leadership when needed
- Full orientation to the home-care model ongoing training

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate Care Partners on clinical procedures and best practices
- Address client and family concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with medical providers and internal teams
- Active NYS RN license
- Strong understanding of home care regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- BSN
- 1-2 years of home health experience
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
