Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Program Manager to oversee and develop our behavioral health programs across New York State. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive program excellence while ensuring compliance with state regulations. The BH Program Manager will oversee the program across the state, but work primarily from the NYC office. We support a hybrid work model, a mixture of remote work, office work, and community based work. This position reports to the VP of Clinical Services

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health programs and services
- Supervise supervisors and administrative staff in the CORE and IPS programs as well as interns, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure program compliance with NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH)
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and universities providing interns
- Oversee program budgets and resource allocation to maximize service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Candidates with lived experience in behavioral health recovery
- Experience working in rehabilitation and recovery-oriented programs
- Experience with integrated care models
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance billing requirements
- Grant writing and management experience
- LPHA certification
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
