Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award
- Develop proposals, pricing, and bid responses for prospective projects, coordinating with operations and technical teams to ensure accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional services or recurring maintenance contracts
- Maintain accurate contact and opportunity records within the Company CRM system, tracking all leads, proposals, and sales activity and keeping an accurate forecast and meeting all pipeline goals.
- Experience in the aquatic management industry strongly preferred.
- At least five years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B service environment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a professional presence
- Experience preparing proposals, bids, or service agreements
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, balancing new business development with client relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational discipline
- Experience working with municipalities, commercial property managers, developers, or enterprise clients preferred
