What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Allvue Systems?

The Account Executive will generate sales through personal contact, telephone and written proposals. Effectively manage territory and perform complete sales cycle and follow up activities from lead identification through project delivery and on-going support. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by serving as a liaison between al Allvue departments and the customer.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Head of Data sales, create and implement the sales strategy for Allvue to win new accounts, expand current customer base
  • Prepare and present Territory Plans, contribute to Account Plans and Opportunity Reviews.
  • Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.
  • Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizations.
  • Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.
  • Demonstrate customer-specific benefits of Allvue solutions with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Work closely with our solutions consulting team to learn how to conduct product demonstrations and workshops for perspective clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.
  • Accurately forecast future business.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8 years selling data solutions to credit asset managers, banks, private family offices, venture capital and/ or private equity firms
  • The ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message.
  • Must proactively own the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proven success in previous sales roles for each of the past five years.
  • Expected minimum of 3 years’ experience at each position held during previous 10 years.
  • Customer references will be requested.
  • Education to degree level. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, analytical, and logical skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas in person, over the telephone, and in written correspondence.
  • A self-starter, who is able to operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment without the support of an extensive bureaucratic support system.
  • At ease establishing business relationships with individuals from various industries & departments and at various corporate levels.
  • Comfortable speaking before an audience of between 2–50 people in either a live meeting or teleconference setting
  • Well versed in Windows and Internet technologies.
  • Skilled with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
