Shifts:
Am 6am-6PM
PM 6pm-6AM
$1.00/hour shift differential for nights
Sign-On Incentive
Earn an additional $2.00/hour sign-on bonus
Paid out over up to 1 year of employment

What You’ll Do
As a CNA at Allure, you will:
Provide exceptional, compassionate care to our residents
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Promote dignity, safety, and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
Be a trusted, dependable presence in our residents’ daily lives

What You’ll Need
Active Illinois CNA License
CPR Certification
Strong communication skills
Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
